Unable to get any support

tokenmetrics.com and beta.tokenmetrics.com seem to have turned off the support chat.
I’ve tried emailing support@tokenmetrics.com but I am not able to get any responses.
I am professional subscriber so I think I must be a fool.
Is anybody getting any support whatsoever from TM ?

Hi Richard, we are actively getting tickets from customers and currently have 100 tickets, request you to share the email address and we will review the reasons for delay from our end.
