Subscription plan

So I tried to upgrade to the hodler plan and some how was charged for the investor yearly plan. Twice the amount for yearly plans. This was only a day ago and didn’t realize till I seen my bank statement. Wasn’t the plan I was trying to purchase. How can I fix this and is the difference refundable. I haven’t had a chance to see the differences on the platform yet. Please help.
