'Do not honor' popup error when trying to pay?

I have just tried to pay for the investor annual plan but after authenticating with VISA I receive a ‘Do not honor’ popup error top right of your website.

Can you please help me put this sale through?

This worked when I started over and tried it a second time.

@daire i had the same issue when trying to purchase the annual plan . I found that my bank rejected the payment as a security precaution and asked me to review and and confirm it was a valid payment .
Once i confirmed and paid again , the payment was successful .

Hi I have the same problem whith hodler yearly plan “network problem” second time payment go ok but my acount in token metrics is sill showing “no plan”?
